We assisted East View Housing with their social media channels and advertising, with the aim to improve their online presence and encourage people to apply for their vacancies. This lead to completing an audit of their existing website and the start of a complete rebrand for the company and a new website to assist with their goals.

We began by looking at East View Housing’s values within the care sector. Drawing inspiration from these values, we crafted a fresh look and introduced a new colour palette that resonated with the company’s ethos. 

 

Our design process involved creating multiple logo concepts, each reflecting different aspects of their identity. Through collaboration with the client, we refined these concepts until we arrived at a final design that best suited East View Housing’s character. 

 

This new branding was seamlessly integrated across all assets, including the website, social media channels, letterheads, business cards, and compliment slips.

To enhance East View Housing’s online presence and attract potential employees, we first carried out a thorough analysis of their existing social media channels, leading to the introduction of Instagram to broaden their reach. 


We developed a content plan tailored to their goals, comprising both organic posts highlighting news from their care facilities and targeted paid campaigns promoting job vacancies. Our approach aimed to cultivate a personal connection with the audience while effectively driving applications for employment. 
 

Monthly reports tracking key metrics demonstrated a noticeable uptick in engagement and audience growth, validating the success of our strategy.

Website

In line with the rebranding efforts, we undertook the task of revamping East View Housing’s website. Conducting a comprehensive UX/UI audit, we identified areas for improvement to enhance user experience and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, particularly those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). 

 

Leveraging the new branding elements, we crafted a visually appealing design that prioritized ease of navigation and showcased the company’s values and recruitment opportunities. We also created an online application page to streamline the hiring process.
